Dr. Gino DiGiannantonio graduated from Case Western Reserve University School of Dental Medicine in 1995.  Following dental school, he completed his dental residency at Kings County Hospital in Brooklyn, New York where he developed an interest in cosmetic dentistry. In 1998 he returned to Cleveland (his hometown) and establishing his first dental practice in 1998. In 2015 he relocated DiGiannantonio Aesthetic Dentistry to a progressive, state-of-the-art office in Woodmere, Ohio where he presently serves his patients.

Dr. DiGiannantonio completed extensive post-graduate education at the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies where he received training in advanced aesthetics, physiologic and neuromuscular dentistry, and became a fellow (LVIF) in 2008. In addition, Dr. DiGiannantonio remains an active member of the International Association of Physiologic Aesthetics, having earned a fellowship (FIAPA) in 2015.

Given his specific interest in aesthetic and cosmetic dental treatment, Dr. DiGiannantonio focuses his practices on Aesthetic and Cosmetic dentistry, complex full-mouth reconstruction, as well as treatment for temporal mandibular dysfunction. He is frequently invited to lecture and train other dentists at various venues, including private and group practices and teaching institutes.

Dr. DiGiannantonio has been designated as lead clinical instructor at the Center for Exceptional Practices (Richfield, Ohio).  Since 2014 he has been teaching and instructing dentists from all over the country with live patient treatment on how to perform aesthetic and full mouth reconstruction dental treatment.  In 2020 he accepted a position as a clinical instructor/ preceptor at Case Western Reserve University School of Dental Medicine.   In 2023 he excepted a position with Simply Implant Institute (Phoenix, Arizona) as senior faculty Instructor in the cosmetic and restorative curriculum.

Dr. Gino DiGiannantonio’s passion for dentistry is also evident in the way he cares for his patients.  His practice is a patient-centered, so you may often experience exclusive one-on-one time with the Dr. Gino.

Dr. Gino presently lives in the University Heights, Ohio with his family. He enjoys spending time with friends and family, his German shepherd dog, and outdoors activities such as boating on Lake Erie.

Dr. Patel received her Bachelors of Science degree in Biology from The Pennsylvania State University. She then attended Case Western Reserve University School of Dental Medicine and received her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree. During dental school, she was actively involved in various leadership roles including serving as a Vice President of the American Student Dental Association (ASDA). In addition, she was fortunate to have Dr. DiGiannantonio’s mentorship and guidance during her last two clinical years of Dental School, which allowed her to expand her clinical skills and knowledge and establish a new passion for aesthetic dentistry.

As a result of her clinical skills and professional connection while a student at CWRU, she started her professional journey by joining Dr. Gino in his private practice in Woodmere, Ohio.

Following Dental School, she continued her post graduate education at The Center located in Richfield, Ohio to further expand her Aesthetics and Cosmetic skills to better serve her patients. In her pursuit of excellence, Dr. Patel was asked to join as faculty to be part of the Aesthetic Excellence Course at The Center to give back to other dentists. She strives to further her dental knowledge and skills by participating in local study clubs and continuing education courses.

In addition to her passion in Aesthetic and Cosmetic Dentistry, she enjoys treating kids! Her patients admire her warm, calming, caring, and soothing personality. She has a unique approach to treating children during their dental appointments with how she engages and interacts in a playful and comforting way, which is evident on how well received she is by her pediatric patients and parents.

Dr. Patel currently lives in the Little Italy area ( Cleveland, Ohio ), while often visiting her hometown Pittsburgh. She enjoys outdoor activities and spending time with her friends and family. She also enjoys celebrating Indian festivals, culture, and traditions!
